WARRANTY
Fingers Crossed Bikes Ti frames manufactured by VIKING BMX. Products are warranted for defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year, from invoice date. This warranty is only for the original purchaser, and it is not transferable. This warranty covers cracks and snaps only and none of the following faults.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
Normal wear and tear, Improper assembly, Installation of components, parts, or accessories not compatible with the products sold. Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect, any bent frames, stripped out threads, twisting, denting or other such damage is accepted as a sign of rider abuse. Also for not assembly rear or frontal brake also is a sign of rider neglect (This last point does not apply to products declared brake less). This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the product sold. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty applies only to Fingers Crossed Bikes products purchased through an authorized dealer or authorized partner or directly to Fingers Crossed Bikes or VIKING BMX (Inventa Products S.L. is the owner of the VIKING BMX brand). Fingers Crossed Bikes and VIKING BMX takes no responsibility for damages caused by Shipping companies during transport. Any claim against this warranty must be made through the original seller.
Proof of purchase and original invoice are required. Claims made outside the countries of europe purchase may be subject to additional fee and restrictions, shipment costs, customs cost, etc… The Warranty duration and details differ by product type. This warranty gives you specific legal rights form EU, for the rest of countries outside to EU Inventa Products S.L. apply in the same way. We fully believe in our products and thus confidently offer this warranty to our customers.
WARNINGS
1.- Full customized products are not covered by this warranty, returns or exchanges will not be accepted, and there will never be the possibility of a money refund.
Fingers Crossed Bikes brand offer in some products the possibility to customize some dimensions maintaining the geometric base of the products of the current year. This type of customization is covered by the same warranty as standard products. On the other hand, the full customized products, those where the end customer decides all geometric dimensions, these are outside the warranty policy and will always be manufactured, if our workshop accepts the order, under the exclusive responsibility of the owner of the order.
2.- All our products are thought and designed exclusively for BMX Freestyle competition in each of its existing modalities and more that may exist in the future. The end customer will be solely responsible for any inconvenience and/or damage of any kind and form, personal or to third parties that may occur during the practice of any of the BMX Freestyle or BMX Race modalities. We remember that the practice, training or competition of the above mentioned sports must be done in suitable and specifically adapted places for the practice of these sports. The street is not as a suitable place to practice BMX Freestyle, always remember to respect your place environment.
3.- For products or components sold by Fingers Crossed Bikes through our website but manufactured by other brands the warranty policy of each manufacturer will be applied in each case. You can check the warranty police of each manufacturer on their websites.

All products are products made by hand and one by one, only available for direct sale through our Fingers Crossed Bikes website, Except for countries where sales are through of the official distributor. The prices are adjusted to the maximum so that you have the fairest price possible. None of our products include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be visible and will appear at the time of buying process.

UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES ALL SHIPMENTS ARE MADE BY AIR TRANSPORT WITH SHIPPING TIMES OF BETWEEN 2 AND 4 BUSINESS DAYS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION AND BETWEEN 6 AND 8 BUSINESS DAYS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION, WE USED DHL AND FEDEX EXPRESS BUT WE CAN CHANGE OF THE COMPANIES FOR FINAL DESTINATION REASONS AND WITHOUT NOTICE FROM US.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE FAST DELIVERY TIMES AS THE SHIPPING COMPANIES ARE CURRENTLY OVERLOADED WITH THE LARGEST VOLUME. WE WILL SEND THE ITEM ABOUT THE SERVICE YOU PAY FOR BUT YOU CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SPEED OF THE SERVICE.
TRANSPORTATION PRICES CAN BE CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, THESE PRICES DO NOT DEPEND OF VIKING BMX BRAND, THEY DEPEND ON SHIPPING COMPANIES AND THEIR CALCULATION FACTORS OF THE SERVICE.
RETURN POLICY
You can return your Fingers Crossed Bikes product within 15 days of purchase, provided the following apply; Items are in new and unworn condition, and all packaging is intact and you have the original sales receipt.
1.- How to return your unwanted item:
First of all, you will need to contact by email https://fingerscrossedbikes.com/contact/, we give you a instructions for delivery date, delivery Address and we give the paper for register this return. No returns will be accepted without prior notice / contact by e-mail.
2.-Refund / change:
Items will be inspected once we receive them back and an exchange item is shipped to you in case of verifying that you are right. If a financial refund is finally made, the bank costs derived from bank commissions and money exchange will be borne by the customer.
We remind you that we are not responsible for damages caused during transport, these damages will always be the responsibility of the company contracted for each shipment and the buyer must claim directly from the delivery company.
3.- Return postage:
Send any item returned by a service that issues a proof of shipment, provide us with the tracking number by e-mail. The return shipping cost will not be covered by Fingers Crossed Bikes, unless the item is defective, only in this case, and after verification we will pay the shipping cost.
In international exchanges (outside the European Union) there will be a shipping charge to pay.
Note: Refunds to PAYPAL or by Banks Accounts may take several days to appear on your account / statement, this is beyond our control and depends on your bank issuer.
Note: The money will not be refunded for any order with special measures, or parts that are not in Stock and the client decides to pay in advance. Currently we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the supply of raw materials or by reductions in staff of our suppliers while the pandemics derived from SARS COVID-19.
